SERVPRO of Upper Bucks, NW Hunterdon County

They have a hard, messy job. And they complete the task in a decent amount of time. Unfortunately that's the best I can say. They're really dropping the ball on multiple levels.

They do not call before showing up. Ever. They say they're going to come back and don't for days. Or maybe they do, but by not calling first, you're not home.

They put no protection down for the floors as they lug dripping wet debris from a basement. Nothing. I had to run around and throw down doormats and old towels myself!

They say they're going to remove large objects when they come back the next day, only the next day no one comes. And then a day later, only the on site manager shows up to collect the drying equipment. Again without calling first. At 7:45 am.

They left a mess in the basement and water damaged items in place despite saying they'd remove everything. Also kept leaving the Back door WIDE open between trips despite it being a rather frigid November day.

The managers here just don't think, don't communicate, and don't finish the job. And then they ask you to take a survey in front of them. Which felt like intimidation or something, especially when you're waiting for them to communicate with your insurance.

I'll be complaining to our insurance about them, and if I ever need something like them again, I hope there's other options. I'm hopeful our new pipes will prevent that though!

Update: Sean M below tries to put off this whole escapade on another SERVPRO franchise by assuming I live in Perkasie proper because of my original location for my Yelp profile. That's about the kind of thing I'd expect from them. Rather than actually addressing their faults, just make an assumption and shift blame. Great business ethic. /sarcasm/

ServPro of Upper Bucks was the only company who came to our aid when our basement flooded w/ 2 feet of rainwater Christmas Eve!! We called other local companies w/ no help at all. The team, masked, was here w/ pumps at midnight .. they were all so supportive, understanding & professional while they helped w/ the cleaning out & treatment of our once finished basement. They took the time to explain the process to us as they worked w/ us over the Christmas week ... even though we were so overwhelmed w/ the messy situation we were so grateful for the service provided. Thank you again!!

My basement flooded out from a malfunctioning sump pump after a lengthy weekend of rain. Not fun to walk downstairs to a pool in your basement and feel helpless with what to do. I'm so glad I called Mike and team from Servpro Upper Bucks. They were extremely understanding of our situation, worked quickly and diligently to extract the water from our basement all along keeping us update of their progress and estimated costs. They worked with our insurance company and handled all the red tape parts of this process that make things extremely uncomfortable and stressful. These guys were very professional from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a similar unfortunate situation like ours.

Cannot begin to express how great Brian and his crew of SERVPRO of Upper Bucks are. Unbelievably fast response time in the midst of the recent storm chaos to our severe sump backup and the damage sustained from pumps unable to contend with the unprecedented amounts of rainfall in such a short time. We would have lost a great deal more we're it not for the efforts of this friendly, courteous and beyond professional outfit.
