The Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board (GRWDB) is a public-private partnership serving Hunterdon and Somerset Counties, NJ. The GRWDB is comprisedof business, non-profit, education and other leaders in the community. Appointed by the respective Boards of Chosen Freeholders in each county, the GRWDB meets quarterly to review economic, demographic, and employment dynamics in the region and sets workforce policy consistent with current condtions with a focus on the human resource talent needs of employers. The GRWDB appoints and provides oversight to the Greater Raritan One Stop Career Training Services Center, an entitiy responsible for providing job seekers with resources that will lead to re-employment.
