DIG Yoga

DIG Yoga is a community-oriented yoga studio located in historic Frenchtown, New Jersey. Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny founded DIG in 2010 with two important goals in mind: providing excellence in yoga education, and creating a sanctuary for community to gather and grow. DIG's roots are grounded in their 25+ years of experience teaching strong, alignment-based hatha yoga, along with the richness of a life-affirming Tantric philosophy.
