Her website quotes "Since Dr. Sinha is a sole practitioner, you see Dr. Sinha at every appointment, and she is present during each step of your medical care." But NOT! I saw their nurse practician on first appointment; explaining my condition and symptoms, thinking the doctor will then come to see me afterwards. But not, I was just told to have an endoscopy which was 2 months late. I believe that the procedure was done by Dr Sinha but I never actually talked to her! I was then told on the phone a week later that I have some inflammation and need to book an appointment with doctor to get prescription. When called to make appointment, same as the first appointment, I was booked to see the nurse again but they never told me until I questioned. If I want to see Dr Sinha herself, that'll be over a month's wait. Regardless of how experience the nurse is, I paid to see Dr Sinha. If she is busy, then they need to make it clear to the patients. I'm very disappointed to how the office is operated.

I was thoroughly disconcerted and unsettled by my visit with Dr. Sinha today. She truly lacks personal skills; she is cold, impatient, abrupt, and even abrasive. Moreover, she treated me as if I were inferior or as if I were a child. During my visit, Dr. Sinha could see that I was visibly anxious about and feeling wary of the procedure she recommended. This seemed to irritate her. She proceeded to lecture me about the necessity of the procedure in an extremely abrasive manner. When I declined to sign the forms consenting to the procedure (which she had already chosen the date for), she became more agitated. She then went as far as to rip the paperwork regarding the procedure out of my hands. I was truly taken aback by the lack of professionalism and horrendous bedside manner displayed by Dr. Sinha during my appointment.

I can't say enough about Dr. Sinha and her practice. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sinha recently that has made me a patient for life. Her staff is extremely courteous, professional and very dedicated to their clients. Dr. Sinha is intelligent, informative and has a fantastic personality/bedside manner, just truly loves what she does and does it for her patients. The pa., Peter, was also very thorough, informative and patient.
I've never had such a positive experience with doctors and their staff as I did with dr. Sinha. Fantastic doctor that I highly recommend to all.
