The Women’s Business and Community Leader award for 2023 was proudly presented to Ms. Rosemary Fellner of Unity Bank on March 30th during the annual Hunterdon County Business Awards Breakfast. Rosemary Fellner is the Senior Vice President and the Chief Experience Officer for Unity Bank. In this role, she is responsible for the protection and development of the Unity Bank brand, including creative development, media planning, consumer and business promotions, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and events. Throughout the year of 2022 and going into 2023, Ms. Fellner has proven to be a fascinating leader. Her creativity and sheer will to apply to everyone of the team at Unity Bank has created a name to remember in this business. On top of this, she creates content and operates the consistent company-wide messaging fragment of the bank. When not worried about interests, withdrawals, and deposits, she particularly enjoys coordinating partnerships with many community-based non-profit organizations, notably serving as organizer of the bank-hosted Annual Crusin' Bob's Classic Car Show, which benefits Family Promise of Hunterdon County and Family Promise of Warren County. To add to her outstanding resume, she is a Board Member of the New Jersey Bank Marketing Association and a member of the Marketing Committee of NJ Bankers, the statewide trade association. She has also served as an Officer of Community Health Charities of New Jersey. Rosemary serves as a board member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce Foundation and was a driving force behind the creation of the Unity Bank Center for Business & Entrepreneurship within the walls of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce. This center is considered a haven for businesses within Hunterdon County. From lecture rooms to a recording studio, the Unity Bank Center for Business & Entrepreneurship really helps to provide Hunterdon County business owners with the tools necessary to elevate Hunterdon above all other counties within the state. When Ms. Fellner has spare time (this does not happen often…) she enjoys creating works of pottery with her husband in their pottery studio. Recently, she generously donated many hand-crafted items to benefit multiple Hunterdon nonprofits. Rosemary Fellner, you are truly amazing! Congratulations, you make a great role model, and you have most definitely earned this award!
